Ubuntu MATE 15.10! Back to the future (1 day after :P)
I could tell you things like it's including MATE 1.10, the amazing Ubuntu MATE Welcome and a ‘few’ things more… But it would be better to tell you that I'm using Ubuntu MATE every days and I have a fast, stable, easy and useful older PC.
Oh! And it's working in your Raspberry PI too :))
